Relaxation and Meditation; A New Course focusing on Mindfulness starts on:
Thursday September 24th for 11 Weeks
10am - 12noon, at The Brunswick Centre, Whitby.
The Course is open to all but is particularly suited to anyone experiencing Stress, Anxiety or Depression. There will be a focus on Mindfulness but other techniques will be taught. The aim is provide attendees with a toolbox to help reduce Stress in their day to day lives.
This Course is run by the WEA and is FREE to all those on a range of benefits, there is a Charge for all others.
